Upper Campus: 9:00 am-4:00 pm (doors open at 8:55 am); buses leave at 4:25 pm
Lower Campus: 9:10 am-3:50 pm (doors open at 9:05 am); buses leave at 4:20 pm

Club Saint Extended Day Registration: Carondelet offers before and after school care at both campuses. Families (including those returning) should register on the Club Saint webpage. Please note, returning families need to re-register for Club Saint each year.
Uniform Policy (K-8): Carondelet’s uniform policy can be found on the school website. Most uniform apparel can be purchased at a store of your choice (Target, Lands' End, Old Navy, Educational Outfitters, etc.) while the CCS plaid skirts and jumpers are available exclusively at Educational Outfitters and Lands' End. We’ll also have our uniform closet located at the UC open during the Back to School Open House for anyone interested in dropping off or picking up gently used uniforms.
School Supplies: View the school supply list here. Students are invited to bring their supplies with them to the Meet the Teacher Open House or the first day of school.
Busing Update: Transportation drop-off locations and times will be communicated in August to families who registered this spring. (Please note, Carondelet does not offer morning busing). If your student(s) registered for enrollment this summer and will need afternoon busing, please contact Holly Barborak. There will be no bussing the first week of school.
Lunch Orders: Carondelet partners with CKC Food for school lunches on Monday-Thursday and Papa John’s Pizza days on Fridays! Orders can be placed in the FACTS Family Portal the month prior.Annual Milk Cards: An annual milk card will be automatically billed to your family's school account at the rate of $40 per student. The annual card is good for one milk per day. If students would like additional milk, they can purchase a double card for $80. Families may opt out of the annual milk card program by emailing Julie Stoeger.

Grades 4-8 Basketball: Registration is now open for girls and boys basketball in grades 4-8. The registration deadline is Friday, September 26th at 5 pm. Late registrations will only be accepted if space is available on the team you are registering your child for. If interested, please register here. Any questions can be directed to Tony Subialka, CCS Athletic Director.Tuition Payments: Carondelet uses EFT for tuition, technology fees and all other other incidentals including lunch fees, milk, band, field trips, etc. Families who pay tuition in full will still need to enter their financial information for incidental billing. Preschool Health Summary: All incoming and returning preschoolers must have a complete Health Care Summary returned to school by Monday, August 25. Please use the attached form linked here.
Student Medications: Parents/guardians asking school staff to give over-the-counter and/or prescription medications to their child must provide written permission every school year that has been signed by parent/guardian and the child’s health care provider. Medications can be brought to school at Back to School conferences. Please use the forms linked here.
Allergy Plan: Students with an Allergy/Epinephrine treatment plan should have the attached form completed by their health care provider and returned to the school office with your child’s Epinephrine/Epi-pen(s), if applicable.
