Carondelet Catholic School follows the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis' Religion Standards for Catholic Education.
Sponsored by the Catholic parishes of Christ the King and St. Thomas the Apostle, Carondelet Catholic School is dedicated to providing a strong educational program that teaches Christian values, supports the education of the whole child and prepares students for a life of learning and service.
Carondelet offers a Christ-centered environment where Christian values are taught, modeled, learned and lived. In addition to daily prayer, weekly masses and prayer services, we offer a religous education rooted in Catholic tradition, and challenge students to put their "faith in action" by sharing their time and talents in the community around them.
We invite you to attend one of our school Masses or prayer services!
Recognizing the importance of giving back to our community, Carondelet students are encouraged to explore the many opportunities for service within their community.
Twice a year, Carondelet students and faculty organize a Day of Service. Students participate in various service projects throughout the community.
As part of our religion curriculum, students in grades 6-8 are required to complete 5 service hours per trimester. Some of these activities include raking leaves for elderly neighbors, acolyting at church, volunteering at a food shelf or with Families Moving Forward, environmental cleanup, etc.
In an effort to promote community among those outside Carondelet Catholic School, sacramental preparation is coordinated through our sponsoring parishes, Christ the King and St. Thomas the Apostle. If you are interested in receiving information on sacramental preparation through one of our parishes, please contact:

Our sponsoring by parishes of Christ the King and St. Thomas the Apostle have a joint youth ministry program. Youth Ministry encourages students to explore the Catholic faith through participation, service, prayer, support, celebration and enthusiasm. In addition to fun and fellowship, some of the activities include retreats, special outings, peer ministry, mission and service trips.
